Rafael Plana

Rafael graduated from GEM's PGE program, where he also completed the MSc in Finance & Investment Banking. During his studies, he gained experience in FP&A at Sogefi Group and in consulting at KPMG France, before joining Quantonation as a VC analyst intern in early 2025. He joined the team full-time in August 2026 and now supports the investment team across deal flow, portfolio monitoring, and the fund's internal tools.
