On November 6th, 2025, Quantonation took part in Planet First Partners’ first event dedicated to Quantum Computing, which brought together investors, founders, and researchers for an introductory session and a discussion on the sector’s most promising developments. The agenda covered both current applications of quantum accelerators that already create value, and the longer-term possibilities offered by future error-corrected quantum computers.

The event featured contributions from two founders within the ecosystem: Richard Murray (ORCA Computing) and Steve Brierley (Riverlane), who shared recent achievements and engaged in a Q&A session with attendees. Their exchanges highlighted the increasing momentum and curiosity surrounding quantum technologies.

Quantonation was pleased to collaborate with Planet First Partners on this initiative and to support an event that reflects the growing interest at the intersection of Deep Tech and Sustainability.
